Sequence analysis, without the setup.
Upload a hundred FASTA files, run them against pre-indexed reference databases, and read the alignments in a workspace built for the results — not for the queue.
Built for the whole run, not just the search
Everything between a folder of sequences and a figure you can publish.
Bulk FASTA intake
Drop in up to 100 files at once. Headers and the IUPAC nucleotide alphabet are checked in the browser before anything is uploaded, so malformed sequences fail immediately rather than halfway through a run.
Managed BLAST+ 2.17.0
Searches execute against the genuine NCBI BLAST+ binary on dedicated infrastructure — not a reimplementation, and not queued behind the public NCBI service.
Pre-indexed references
Drosophila melanogaster RNA, E. coli K-12 MG1655 and curated viral genomes ship indexed and ready, so the first query runs without a build step.
Results you can interrogate
Sort and filter by identity, coverage, E-value, bit score, organism or accession. Open any hit for the pairwise alignment with matches, mismatches and gaps marked.
AI interpretation
Gemini 2.5 Pro reads the hit table and writes up taxonomy, identity brackets and functional inference. When it is unavailable a deterministic local summary runs instead.
Reports and raw data
Export a multi-sheet Excel workbook, a landscape PDF, or the raw JSON and CSV — whichever your downstream pipeline or manuscript needs.
Five steps, start to finish
Upload
Drag in FASTA files. Format is validated before submission.
Configure
Pick a database, task, E-value threshold and hit limit.
Search
Batches run concurrently on the BLAST+ engine.
Analyse
Read alignments, filter hits, request AI interpretation.
Report
Export to Excel, PDF, JSON or CSV.
Your data stays in one project
Sequences are processed on infrastructure inside a single Google Cloud project and are never sent to third-party BLAST services. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication.
Your data has a clear lifetime
Temporary query files are deleted within an hour of a run finishing. Result data is kept for one year and then removed automatically. You can delete any search yourself at any time, and that takes effect immediately.
Run your first search
Sign in with Google and upload a FASTA file. There is nothing to install and no cluster to provision.
